New and Existing Members (ages 2 - 12) 

If your child is 12 or under, redeem your voucher directly with us

Licence fees will be reimbursed and you can use the remaining voucher balance as a club credit for gates and racing

Here's How It Works

Redeeming through the club requires you to purchase your AusCycling membership upfront, email the payment receipt, then recieve a reimbursement.

What you need to do:

1. Purchase a race licence - you can get your off road race licence here

2. Email your Play On Voucher, your licence payment receipt, and your bank details to: bundybmxclub@gmail.com

3. We will reimburse your membership into your bank and issue a club credit for remaining funds that you can use on Gates, Track Time and Racing.

New Members - Redeem Through AusCycling (ages 13+)

If your childs age is 13 or over, you can redeem your voucher directly through AusCycling.

This is usually processed within 1–2 days and helps reduce out-of-pocket expenses, as you won’t need to pay for the membership upfront.

Just go to this link and follow the instructions to redeem your voucher.

You are also welcome to redeem through the club, just follow the steps above

Renewing AusCycling Members (13+)

Do not pay for the membership upfront! Instead, complete the Redemption Form for your State.

• Please allow 1 - 3 days to process, so ensure you fill the form out before your membership runs out if you want to race

• Once AusCycling receive your completed form, a team member will contact you to process the membership.

• If the membership cost exceeds the voucher value, you will be invoiced for the remaining amount.
